As someone said, many cars there is not a good thing.....it just means a faster cash drain.

From the tidbits I get, there are two things going on....1) hunt for a new CE0, Gene wants to step down, though he would likely continue on in some capacity to justify more salary 2) hunt for another PIPE deal. Getting (1) done will boost the stock price in the short-term. Getting 2 done will either be neutral or negative, depending on how bad the terms are.

I believe this morning's price pressure was nothing more than a market maker clearing inventory after a decision to leave the party. This is purely a function of trailing average trading volume. Most MM's use a trailing 65 day average
