doing a R/s on the commons of 1/1,000 and on the A/S of 1/6 is an Increase in the A/S.

Example: for a 12,000 share A/s with a 10,000 O/S and SP being $1/share, the company would have a market cap of $10K and the potential to sell $2K more. AFTER a 1/1000 Commons R/S and a 1/6 R/S in the A/S the numbers would be the same market cap but the potential to sell (and dilute) would rise to $1,990K

This is a typical scam that pinky scams pull to say they are not increasing the A/S when that is exactly what they are doing. And they typically get a lot of help from the victims themselves.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
