The fact that there is 8% interest does not mean it compounds. As far as I am aware, they are paying the interest in cash from operations NOT increasing the number of shares owed (to conversion).
There is no basis for thinking there outstanding units to the debtor will increase because of interest or ANY reason. The original calculation of 900m is still very much in play and I have seen no information factual or otherwise to indicate an increase.
