Respectfully disagree Q that we need news. RETC went down on no news, other than paid pumpers bailed en masse when they got their PPS. RETC has multiple gaps to fill and volume is telling us that these gaps will fill, with or without news. The news is that RETC is trending higher based on tehnicals.
