Buyout likely. GOVX pulled stock offering.

Also, very strong news today.

Last week GOVX quietly killed the idea of issuing more stock.

It has been a long road but looking very good here.

Likely buy-out $$ numberwould be somewhere north of $260M.

The HIV vax is worth that alone.

Getting the entire vax platform would be big too, of course.
