They have him and a class action. Not to mention did you guys see all the shares they offered?? For 50k dollars!? U don't go crazy with them issuing hundreds of millions of shares??? Like I said, they have two lawsuits left and since this thing is at almost no bid, that means another half a billion shares will be diluted soon. They are growing in revenue, and they believe in their product so much, why do they choose to issue shares instead of paying with their revenue ( like any other legitimate business). Maybe because even tho they have not been profitable for 3 years, they still choose to receive over 100k$ for salary, not to mention bonuses. Tell me how much does it cost to run a cloud based software company?? I'm in software, I have two projects on going. That's why I know they are NOT legit because it doesn't cost that much.
