all this money was due/promised/agreed for payment to the Chilean project in 2017... now the Ozzies have unilaterally decided to drag out at least $7.5M into Sept 2018

Until you deadbeats pay that $9.5M you only own 32.5% of the project... not 50% like you're bragging/pretending to everyone now.
