Spoke via email to a rep from the Rosen Group over the weekend, the firm that handles CNBX caps in market.

CNBX caps (Wana Caps, etc) are about to begin selling in Nevada and Arizona.

Adding to the number of states will do us good! As I understand, Oregon is up for contention as well. (Oregon is just from past conversations, but AZ and NV were specifically mentioned this weekend).
