Ok gotcha! I looked into the Grayscale past they have done this before with their current ticker offered in the OTC market $GBTC it was private first they gathered funds for the trust privately (for accredited investors) then it became public for us here... in order to do the private vehicle you have to have a net worth of 1 million or make 200K a year to participate... as I looked at the premium paid it's almost the same percentage for each currently which can be very volatile because it's based on the price per $BTC or for $ETC $ETH the other crypto I'm looking forward to when they come out
