Wrong. They have two lawsuits pending that even they said in the 10q that they will have to settle. That's not included in the 95% lol. That's another half a million dollars, which means almost 700 million shares to be issued soon. And THEN there will be no bid. Then RS because TXhD is not profitable. The reason the CEO took so many of the shares is so he can make the majority vote lol. If he wants RS, he will vote yes and there's nothing I can do about it. U never wondered why he owns those shares and hasn't canceled?? Lmao. I hope this CEO knows something is coming for him lmao
