Is this a joke?

If NTEK is acting as an OEM, they wouldn't be allowed to disclose it.

The studios either do their own compression via layers of technical experts and delivery via large staffs or otherwise utilize the experts at Technicolor, Elemental and elsewhere.

Technicolor alone has hundreds of executive-level experts constantly refining the art and science of compression and delivery. Netflix has 57 people just working on delivery, they assign five experts per studio responsible for nothing more than on-boarding content and another 150 constantly working on refining compression and algorithms. Look no further than the 36 page Netflix on-boarding documentation that changes almost daily as they refine specs.

To imply that any of the real players in the advanced 4K HDR space across global devices or content generation are calling a convicted Felon with zero staff at some deserted warehouse where nobody ever even arrives to punch the clock and provide "super secret OEM work" is beyond comprehension.
