And not to nic pick but should it be "undeniable" which means you can't argue against your proof because "deniable" means just that ... to deny your proof/facts
We are showing "undeniable proof" with the SEC filings ourselves in our DD research. You can't deny that the forms were not submitted because SEC shows proof. As far as FINRA form 211 it can not yet be denied or undenied if submitted yet because the filings only show completed and not "submitted".
