Well, the first thing you should have learned is to not go through an RS. Sell before, wait until price settles, then buy back in if wanted. You can literally lose your ass is a RS, and I have seen it just this year. A friend lost 80% of their portfolio value by holding through an RS.
But THIS company is not using an RS to reduce share count.
