It is funded or Troy already have a ton of money already because Naughty Girl Donut is opening in Oct and that is $150,000. The local newspaper even mentioned Troy as the investor. Troy already gave Naughty Girl the money to allow them to open their shop.

The movie is $1.5 million. You can't just have a production if there is no money to pay people. That is $1.5 million, unless Troy account is like mine, then he wouldn't even be getting a loan like that to fund the movie. I would think the movie already got the $1.5 million budget or close to it. Paul Mitchell is a done deal also and that is $2million+ acquisition back in April.
