good news is on the way, with the ridiculous price that siaf is trading at siaf could announce a share buyback, without having to do it. doesn't cost them anything to support the stock. why not do it? because they have bigger stuff going on and it will mess that up, whether loans ipo etc. basically something positive is preventing them from doing the obvious. so good news is on the way.
on the other side, could be they don't care about the equity price, but as someone said before u can't setup funding or ipo triway when siaf is this depressed they would just buy siaf instead.
