whatever the split ratio may be...Like I said before, TRTC stock has been suppressed at .22 because of this Proxy Vote.If anything just doing it and getting it over with will be a monkey off our back. The R/S has been priced in TRTC already now. I do not see much downside to a RS from here and if anything the lower float will help traders move it up easier. I think DP has something up his sleeve when he does it as well ...he said he would not do it in bad market conditions prohibiting any vacumm effect.
