Don't believe institutional would be involved for long term proposition. They must have something concrete. Not sure they have ever had the bankers involved. This ownership/ Mgt grp. Is older & many working on this 10-15 years, they are ready for immediate occupancy. There seems to be a very secretive operation.
Like this Captrust, big time player, still the 34??
Also, there are only 100-200 shareholders involved, most very long term, some may be pre split only.
