From Europe..Alphatrends??? Who gives a schitte...Get a low dollar stock rising and all the geniuses appear.

The die has been cast for me...The initial trial balloon issued by the FDA was meant..in my opinion..to get the tobacco companies working to make a proposal to the FDA regarding low nicotine cigarettes. As you know the FDA has to put regulations and their edicts out for public comment, and they know most of the comments will come back favoring lower nicotine. The amount of health care dollars spent on smokers ( a great deal of sick smokers are in Obamacare with existing conditions ) is great than the taxes the feds and states collect. Somewhere out there the CEOs of big tobacco are trying to figure out how they avoid the nicotine ban and still keep people smoking. The BTI deal comes up next month. Will be interesting to see how Henry negotiates that. Obvious to me they are not going to sit with a royalty that is onerous.

Lots going to happen between now and Jan 1.

FYI London is a mess...Almost a police state.
