Yeah Parkmart, giving Hayward credit for deliberate timing of the supplementary S3 at end of trading week. IMHO, it's evident any filing on EDGAR triggers day trading action. Couldn't build into a tsunami like Pumpstopper's play two years ago.

That began in the pre-dawn hours. Nuther well-timed posting. That time on social media (Seeking Alpha, that wasn't social). The pre-hour trades provided the tremors for our Fibonacci wave pattern.

Nuther factor is the fairly drastic reduction of shares registered for short term borrow options over on DTCC. [url]

Been fluctuating pretty steadily over there from 25 to 90k. Which is a wild swing state, numbers are fairly low though.

Going to watch the early trades on Monday. Doubt if we sell down any farther, hoping for a higher than average trading day with a rebound. I do think the general market has some confidence in us now.
