It all depends on your plan. I have invested into otc stocks based on less than that and came out quite well. I like to think of it as the movie limitless put it, the company may have serious mgmt problems but the product was still good and worth investing in. I know many of these stocks never make it into big leagues but there is always the flicker and if you can capitalize on that then you make out well.
I understand the risks as I hope everyone else did when they got into trading and chatting up these boards is just another way to let off steam hoping for a greater future.
