Ubiq back in business??

Court News Service shows a lawsuit just filed in LA Superior Court by Ubiquity against a former officer to the tune of $5M.

Maybe that's where all their money has been going? Did their CTO rip them off??? What do you guys think? I can't post a link here but if you go to the courts website you can download it for $1.00

Case No: BC675788, Ubiquity v. Kalbfield. I googled the guy and it looks like he and his parents own some investment company or something. Do you think they have deep pockets???
