Exactly,if the SEC takes further action now they kill any investor hope and hurt the company. Based on the fact they didn't even ask for documentation until the final offering was complete, I would tend to believe its just a dog an pony act to show some face in the disturbing but possibly legal matter.

Sure this is a MAJOR risk going forward. But it could also be a major catalyst, should the SEC release a statement they found no wrongdoing. That would be fun to watch.
