Yes, You are correct. Once again truth wins out. Besides why discuss what could happen if they are not compliant when they haven't got there in the first place. I emailed MMEX about the ribbon cutting ceremony AND uplisting. They emailed back rather quickly and answered the ground breaking question but did not address the uplisting question. All they said was there is no set time frame as of yet for the ground breaking and to sign up for the alerts etc....
