Nothing in the filings show this to be a requirement of the "deal" that was stated would occur on Sept 1, 2017.

It is however one of the several thousand excuses Wayne typically uses when his for-sure deals never occur. And even if he doesn't, one of his friends will use it for him.

Scammers all all sides here. AmHD is just one of them.
