Bob's email clearly stated while they were close to insolvency TWO YEARS AGO, the company instead is and hss been alive, as managment chose to invest their own money to keep business operations going.

FLPC is working with NDEP to be in good standing, and has put Fencemaker in standby mode for future mining, mining the experts have professionalmy assayed as still viable for good profit.
