General Danjuma who is Chairman can easily petition the Guinea government using his connections in African politics and Military politics.

Fact of the matter is that the sample showed oil. The significance of this release is that there is oil there. Now it is up to the chairman at SAPETROL to do what it takes to make sure they follow through. This PR was the first step in that process.

Oil politics work differently in places like Guinea and Nigeria. They will succeed.
