1) This has been on countless promotions, so you either are ignorant to that fact or blatantly lying

2) Nowhere in your SP #s do you give objective reasoning as to why you think this should be $1+. Do the DD and you'll quickly realize it's amazing this isn't under a penny yet.

3) It has taken twice as long as it should have just to get legitimate phase 1 results and phase 2 is at best another year away...let me tell you what happens in that 1 year....at minimum the O/S will double, dilution will take it in the .01-.03 range before it goes under a penny. You won't be able to sell as volume dies again. Bag holders galore as usual.

4) Quite frankly, there is a very high probability this goes bankrupt. Most people on here are too lazy to read the fins and even if they do, they have no idea what they're reading (i.e. That poster stating $5M in debt isn't 'that bad' lol...I mean wow). Most new posters on here got tricked by their paid promotions and are in fact bag holders in waiting.

Just like many small med start ups, the risks are very high and most fail. There's nothing here that offers investors real confidence this will succeed....the fins themselves say it out loud, this is sinking hard with only more and more toxic debt keeping it afloat.
