Thanks Monte, very helpful! The R/S is very interesting to me, I wasn't aware of that...that happened before they were POTN and they were the Auto Mall?

I guess I don't understand why the R/S is such a bad thing...its it just slicing the pie a different way and making share price look more palatable (I can have 1,000 sh at $1 or 1 share at $1,000 but I still have the same thing)? Yet I know they're "bad"...can someone help me understand why?
