Dan, that does not mean that i am wrong...the company had plenty of time to issue the SEVENTY BILLION SHARES between the increase in the authorized and the foreclosure event ...we will never know exactly how many shares are outstanding because the company stopped filing financial reports after the foreclosure of all their assets but i assume they issued most if not all of the seventy billion shares in a vain effort to keep current on their debts...as you can see from their filings in their last years of operation they weren't exactly shy in issuing shares...so while the exact amount of shares outstanding may be some thing that will never be known of totally provable DOES IT REALLY MATTER ???..ZERO DIVIDED BY THIRTY BILLION OR ONE HUNDRED BILLION IS STILL ZERO...
