as to its transfer status...as with thousands of other defunct companies the transfer agent , who is in business to transfer shares and collect fees will continue to transfer shares when no one at the non existent company is paying them and get paid by charging a fee to any shareholders who want to transfer shares ..so the fact that a company's shares continue to be transferable does not prove that anyone at the company is currently paying the transfer agent
