This is what I think now

After the announcement the SP value immediately jumps to 5+ easy, and that is a conservative number. It most likely will gap up leaving fence sitters pissed and watching. Flipping won't be easy.

The shorts have been controlling the past 8 months or so. I would guess the have a pretty high average point, which is IMO probably around 5+ too. Any covering under that number is profit.

No I did not sell. I've been a bag-holder for a while. One other note I'd like to make - remember WBA's initial offer was at 9 PS.

I think this is a better deal for everybody, including the shorts who want this uncertainty resolved. My immediate long term outlook for RAD is 8 in 9 months time.
