As born-again believers we hold a special relationship with each other...we truly are brothers and sisters in and through Jesus Christ...because...we are a part of the body of Christ. We are to be his eyes, ears, mouth, heart, hands and feet...right?...going out into a lost and dying world to share with them the hope of Jesus Christ...the good news of Jesus Christ...because...outside of Jesus there is no hope...we are to take the Gospel message to the lost...the unsaved! But just as important...as brothers and sisters in Christ we come to know through our "church family" and other "believers" this awesome and special relationship with each other... Because...we are there for each other. Thats whats so awesome about our church family...about being and having brothers and sisters in Christ within that body of Christ! It is by that we are there to help each other and hold each other to hug and love each other to do anything that we can at any time to help our brothers and sisters in Christ and especially to pray for each other...however...lets not just get hung up on praying for each other because we are truly suppose to be helping each other...lifting each other up and encouraging each other...as we walk this earthly path. When we are going through the good times and the bad times and the tragic times...we have those special brothers and sisters in Christ to help us because as I said we are the eyes, ears, mouth, heart, hands and feet of Jesus...right? Being a born-again believer is not a spectator sport...if you will...that job title carries many responsibilities. So...we don't just talk the talk we got to walk the walk...Now..let me ask you a question...what does this scripture say to you from 2 Corinthians 6:14-15..."Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever"?....Think About it?
