Morning! Spoke to Braxton yesterday.

Asked him a few questions. I must add that he was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. (seems like a cool guy)

1) How was the projected date of clothes line release to public?

He obviously could not give me a date but said everything was moving along fine for the Fall release. (I know, we'll have to be patient)


2) Did they have a balance sheet available to investors?

Being listed on the pink sheets, they are not obligated to release finacials about the company as opposed to other exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX). Being a start up company in the development stages, the way they compensate their board members, consultants, etc...is by issuing them shares of the company. This is the way all companies do it at first, until they start to produce revenues.

-my note- I certantly understand that. They obviously have no revenues yet, so they have to compensate with company stock. My thinking is, the people that they have surrounded themselves with, (top notch... IMHO) have to beleive in the company and their product. If not, they would not have accepted to partner with them without a salary (just company stock). They have to beleive that shareholder value will increase therefore making it worth their time and investment in the company.


3) Is Corporate Office and VIP Showroom in Hollywood, CA up and running?

Corporate office is, however showroom is still in the works.

4) How are orders going online?

He said he could find out but reminded me that since they have not done their official debut, limited amount of people are aware of the product... Their goal is to make their product know through celebrities.

He also mentioned that they were in contact with a few select (retailers) to carry their line. I thought this was very good. He said he could not mention names (not public info yet) but has very enthusiastic about it.

Well tha's what I have...hope this helps. I truly beleive this company has GREAT potential and looking forward to their advancement!
