Now look at the same area on a real estate website. Note the property with the "Cherokee Trading Post" with the asking price of 1.35MM, and has been listed for almost a year.

There are plenty of excu.. er.. possible reasons for this. But the Magic 8 Ball I got at the Cherokee Trading Post says "Outlook not good."
