They do not and I agree.. the preferred aren't counted as I've learned...

Like a previous ticker I asked about they convert shares every month from series B however the issued and outstanding never change but they have almost double the authorized share count if they were to convert those preferred shares and it is stated in their financials that way as a concern...

As for Slavo and his history I know it's all grim as I've stated and used the DD provided here there is nothing positive about this family. The state of Ohio I'm sure would love to be reimbursed...

As for now I'm simply concentrating on the current share structure the company has provided in the last two 'research reports' hence why otcmarkets have skull and crossbones them once again.

From 2011-present the increase can be followed through the amendments with the state of FL.
