Hold on thar ....

In penny land we often see stealth dilution ( via OS or float) with no report or transparency in financials.

It is my bet that KG mgt is an exception to the rule. I don't have an answer to how they sustain payroll while building, but there are other options then diluting when this is the worst of all worlds ... investor and co alike.

I take some comfort in the uplist effort. I think that upcoming requirements will support transparency.

When we pushed forward from .004 to .017 we saw similar trading and comments, but the Q's showed no change in shares structure
