Monday may be the biggest day, so far, in DECN's lawsuit against Johnson and Johnson. J&J asked for a Summary Judgment. That means JNJ is asking the Judge, to decide before any trial, that DECN's law suit against JNJ has no merit. The hearing will be in Federal Court on Monday. My prediction is that the Judge will deny JNJ's motion.

I'm sitting here in the virtual peanut gallery, hoping that JNJ gets stuffed. Expecting that JNJ will be implicitly reprimanded for abuse of our legal system and hoping for some explicit citations. I'm also looking forward to a potential major turning point: DECN, holding the upper hand, in settlement negotiations with JNJ.

And most of all, I'm hoping DECN will gain traction and dramatically increase sales volumes.

We probably won't know how things turned out in court until Tuesday.
