$ONCI$ - same here 'Tropic Bound' = almost most sold couple of wks ago , & thought I could re-enter on a dip w/ more shares ,,,,,, backed out at the last second , with all the PR's coming out , I would be CHASING to re-enter @ a higher price with less shares ....... too risky for that, I'm convinced........ ! still holding my little 3 mil shares , ave .00075 / next stop, the .25 mark !
