.0003 Close today is a great example of a "Paint Job" amidst a .0003-.0005 battle the last 2 minutes.
The .0004's were cleared by buyers with an Ask @ .0005 as it closed with a few thousand measly shares traded @ .0003 for a close is certainly a paint job situation to make it look worse than it really was

Although this stock has yet a lackluster performance (objectively speaking) it would not surprise me this is being Manipulated before an eventual run up again over .001+ or better.
Next week could be interesting for $VCPS

Also keeping in mind $VCPS over due for news updates such as patent approval, etc.
