CETX/KTCC - The whole thing is just ridiculous. Just when you think you've seen the most stupid thing ever in the stock market, along comes CETX making their offer for KTCC!

CETX urges KTCC holders to take the long-term view. Take about a 50 percent haircut up front to set yourself for longer-term gains!

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
