Investors, here is some info to start your Due Diligence.

1. Monster Arts/ AviationM has no more websites. First is http://www.AviationM.com/. This site is up for sale by HUGE DOMAINS.com. The http://www.MonsterArts.net site link has been redirected or bought by http://www.coupons-dealplus.com/. Since there is no way to know "WHO" is selling stuff from this site, it does not look legit. If you think Wayne is now selling purses and clothes, well that's just SAD.
2. Facebook, and Twitter have not been updated for over 2 years. He has very bad reviews on Facebook and people are PISSED.
3. There is no business license to operate this company. He has not paid the license for over 2 years and has accrued late fees and the licensed is now REVOKED. Late fees amount to $12,350 and will increase again if not paid by Feb 2018 of next year.
4. There are no drones or other products available (All free apps and 1 paid app on Amazon are gone).
5. There is a late SEC report. The last report 3/30/16 was for a late filing and there has been no new filings after that. The Filings have not been updates for over a year now.
6. The SEC has put a STOP SIGN on the MONSTER ARTS page on their site. It means LIMITED TO NO INFORMATION TO INVESTORS AVAILABLE.
7. There has been no recent PR or investor news since Feb 2016.
8. There has been no communication from the CEO other than a face book post about a bad Kankle. His depression and lack of motivation seems to reflect what is happening here.
9. The SHARES OUTSTANDING is 10 Billion as of 12/3/2015.
10. There has been 3 Reverse Splits so far. There were 2 Reverse Splits post registering that screwed existing investors out of their shares and money.
11. The last press release the CEO says he wants to sell Drone Parts on EBAY and Amazon, but no product or even a ebay id is ever found. False Press release???
12. Known employees (1- his wife: we wont count him).
13. The Location of Travel America Guide: in a junkyard. Site is run only through Facebook and not updated(per Google maps).
14. Current location of Monster Arts: Las Vegas. The address come up in Margareta Ville in Las Vegas (per Google maps).
15. Phone number does not work. If you tried calling the number to talk to Wayne you will get no answer, just a machine. Phone: [phone]. Try it yourself
16. Email address no longer works (you will get a location not found). mail to:[e-mail]. Try it yourself.
17. Wayne is known to hire people who has SEC problems... Wayne has a list of them. Diane Dalmy, Terry L. Johnson, Donald A. Baillargon (MoneyTV). Wayne Irving- CEO (busted by SEC)for unregistered selling of shares. Fines 30,000.
18. Current CEO location: UNKNOWN
19. Alan Bardin is not CEO and is not affiliated with Monster Arts. He only has a website called http://www.Monster Arts.com. the difference is the (dot) com. It is not the same as this one. When Wayne did not pay for the site, the name came up for sale and can be used by anyone. Monster Arts site has been sold... see #1.
20. Monster Arts had planned for a name change to AviationM. They had initially prepared a site (the old Monster Arts site) but the official paperwork never happened and the site was only minimally updated until being removed.
21. All other business entitys do not exist with Waynes involvement. Textkills, FanPic, Graphic Design business, and Home improvement are all disbanded or run by someone else. Wayne is not involved.
22. Address is in LAS Vegas. 3565 South Las Vegas, Suite 120, Las Vegas NV 89109. The San Clemente address was a previous location. Location is Margarita Ville in Las Vegas.
23. Wayne was constantly selling certs to promote his business so insiders and Venture Company's now own billions of shares to dump whenever this stock moves up. Read SEC 10Q for entire list.
24. Monster Arts partners with many other penny stock companies, who according to most investors, are also scam artists and Reverse Split companies. Nothing came out of these partnerships and no benefit to the company ever established.
25. The original investors who believed in Wayne's vision invested money to by certs in his company. However, at this point, those certs are worthless and cannot be sold due to new SEC rules and trading company's restrictions. Investors lost big on this one.
26. Registered Agent has resigned. There is no new agent in place.
27. The price on this stock is sub penny with no bid. You can buy but you cant sell. It is delisted. Your choice to buy.

This is just a few things. The list goes on and on. Look them up yourself. I gave you some links. If there is positive things with Monster Arts, Im sure you will find it.
