janice: I know this is like talking to the wall, but I'll respond one more time with my thoughts:

It is possible that one (KPMG) will be the auditor and the other (PWC) will act as the company's accounting and finance advisors.

KPMG, please bring the audit this weekend, so I don't have to listen to this audit BS anymore!!
