Valiant, dropping the % ownership of Mr Hayes and PwC back to pre R/S levels would be an awesome move. That could be done by retiring the necessary amount of shares. We would see immediate increased value in our float shares by a huge amount and it would better position long shareholder for the buyout. There is no downside. In fact it makes the buyout even better for us. IMO.
