Thanks for the response.
Ideally I would like for the share price of FNMA for the short term to settle in around the $5.00-$6.00 price point.

At that point I can selfishly wait until Mnuchins 2018 timeline. That way I don't pay the 30% capital gains tax on any portion I sell! :)
