I spoke with the Supervisor of Colonial Stock Transfer Company, the T/A for Michelex and I was told that back in early Spring of this year, 2006, they changed their Company policy to Refer "ALL" questions regarding the share structure of "EVERY SINGLE COMPANY" they represent, to the Company themselves. From what I gathered, they were getting swamped with phone calls for various stocks, "NOT JUST MLXO, BUT PROBABLY ALOT OF MLXO CALLERS", with questions about share structure, and frankly they were spending way too much time answering the phone and looking up info for people, (when technically it's not their job), that it was taking away too much time from their REAL WORK that they had to do for their Clients. I Understood Totally and agreed with them, MLXO Did not "GAG" the T/A, This Transfer Agent just got sick and tired off answering the phone from so many different people, many pizzed off, and getting asked questions some of which they are not allowed to answer that they shifted this Burden over to the Companies themselves to answer. If I was in their shoes, I'd Probably do the same thing if my phone was ringing off the hook with hundreds of calls for info that the companies could and should be answering for themselves. Now Granted, I myself, would much rather hear from the T/A what the share structure is. NOW, for the first year I was Invested in MLXO I never had a Problem getting Info from Colonial, it wasn't until this past March when we had a "PUMP & DUMP GROUP COME IN HERE AND MANIPULATE MLXO FOR THEIR OWN GREEDY GAIN, AND LEFT A BUNCH OF BAGHOLDERS IN THEIR WAKE AND LEFT A BUNCH OF PIZZED OFF SHAREHOLDERS TOO, YOU GREEDY BASTARDS KNOW WHO I'M TALKING TO! It wasn't till then that Colonial Transfer changed their policy, My EDUCATED GUESS is that after the PUMP & DUMP Group left their Pillage and Plunder that Colonial was SWAMPED with calls and Decided to send all the Phone calls from Pizzed off Bagholders to the Company itself. I called a few weeks later and tried to get the Share Structure for a Different Company and they wouldn't give me that either, thats how I knew they changed their policy on "ALL OF THEIR CLIENTS, NOT JUST MICHELEX" SAD BUT TRUE. It's too bad these greedy Pump & Dumpers have to wreck it for everyone else, especially the Longs.
