I feel that the whole carbon capture approach is on a standstill. Until they figure out an economical and more effective way of doing it my guess is that here in the US it will either stop or slow down. I think (and could be very wrong) but this administration needs a win and needs to be seen to be investing in the long term US coal market. They need a technology that can go to commercialization immediately. I am not aware of any other proven technology like Pristine M that is this ready. But again i could be wrong.
