I truly don't get it



I get it.

1) until recently they were doing toxic debt. It takes time to heal. The stock is already trending higher. 4c should be the bottom now.

2) The CEO is still converting interest into free shares. Which the market doesn't really appreciate.

3) There are no guarantees that last quarter's results are sustainable.

That said, fair value should be between 6c and 10c. If they kan keep performing, perhaps higher. And if they acquire 2 more ships and grow a little, perhaps 20c.
