(anyone can answer) what is the best company for trading OTC penny and micro-penny stocks?
And
What is the worst?

When something like ONCI comes along I want to be able to buy right away.
How long for a typical bank transfer in to account, before one can trade those funds?
When I initially got in to ONCI I had to wait for 4 days. Price went up while I was waiting.
