Lying is a harsh word...I don't feel we've ever been lied to, the name change was the intent but they changed their direction, it happens. Missing a deadline for a promised PR is the price of building a company....things don't always happen like they hope...You and many other cussed at them and they got fed up...don't blame them. Once again, I say to you....directions change all the time, they are building a company, not best friends.
