Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

To me it seems much like a battle amongst realtors, renters, dream of home ownership for everyone (rather impossible dated concept due to unemployment and aging), a successful government bailout program that adds needed billions to federal tax coffers, the original contract holders that speculated and hoped for private profits and all losses covered by other tax-payers, and community banking (credit unions and very small private local banks) verses huge banking interests? Did I leave anyone or anything out?

I say the vote will be 'kick-the-can-down-the-road' decision.

Friday the stock price goes down . . . unexpectedly . . . of course.
Or will it happen next week? This is just too mucho opportunity to not repeat over and over.

I doubt either repubs or demos want to have a sign 'we killed home ownership for all' painted on their back at election time.
